For Digital Drop Artists

If you are a digital drop artist, this means that you are releasing (dropping) your work on the #OTVApp and are not a part of a showcase.

  • Once you have submitted your work through our Content Submission form and additional Marketing Asset and Intake Form, we have everything we need for your release. From there, the Marketing & Exhibition team can build out your page on the OTV app.

  • Depending on the type of program, we will create either a series page or movie page that will house your trailer (if applicable) and the description.

  • All releases are scheduled for 12AM CST on your assigned drop date. The piece will automatically appear on your series or movie page at that time.

The Digital Drop Process:

  1. Submit your project: HERE

  2. Review Contract video: Contract Clause Walk-through Video

  3. Review Contract FAQs

  4. Sign: Docu-sign Contract (sent via email)

  5. Complete: Payment Paperwork: Vendor Form

    1. All payments will be made through Bill.com

  6. Complete: Marketing Intake form via Submittable

    1. Add pre-roll + post-roll to the submitted final project. 

  7. Marketing: Receive Marketing Kit 

    1. OTVDistro Release Resources: OTV Brand Style Guide 2024

  8. Marketing: receive a minimum of 3 spotlight posts across OTV’s social media platforms

  9. Marketing: Artist posts and promotes their own project to drive viewership.
